Oil on canvas
12”x12”

Easter morning, husband and I walked down to the sea front and got a cup of coffee and a croissant from the only open cafe, all carefully socially distanced, of course.
Feeling a bit rebellious, we tried to hide behind a winch and sit on a wall for me to do this sketch... and got moved on by the police....
I love the faded glory of the West Pier and the sky was so dynamic, so I took a few photographs and came straight home to paint this piece which is on a wraparound canvas,2” deep, so doesn’t need a frame.
